Die Fit for Life App wendet sich an Kinder und Jugendliche mit Hämophilie (Bluterkrankheit).
Sie liefert konkrete Informationen und Empfehlungen für den schulischen Sportunterricht und zeigt dabei auf, welche Unterrichtsinhalte individuell umsetzbar sind.
Mit dieser App erhält der hämophile Schüler die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam mit dem Sportlehrer je nach aktuellem Stundeninhalt zu ermitteln, welche Bewegungsformen und Übungen geeignet sind oder ggf.
so abgewandelt werden können, damit für den Patienten eine möglichst risikoarme Teilnahme am Sportunterricht ermöglicht wird.Hierzu wurden vom Kölner Institut für Prävention und Nachsorge (IPN) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sportlehrerverband Hessen die aktuellen Bildungsstandards und Lehrpläne der Primarstufe sowie der Sekundarstufen 1 und 2 hinsichtlich ihrer spezifischen Anforderungen, Eignung und Risiken für Hämophile analysiert und bewertet.
Auf diese Weise stehen nun ca.
500 typische Bewegungsaufgaben der verschiedenen Bewegungsfelder und Sportarten bereit, die mit dieser App für den Sportunterricht abgerufen werden können.
Diese Empfehlungen berücksichtigen sowohl Schweregrad und Aktivität der Erkrankung als auch den aktuellen Fitness-Status, der im Rahmen der Fit for Life-Patientenveranstaltungen durch einen apparativen Test ermittelt wird.
